Our international broadcasters, streamers, distribution partners and clients bring RealWorld stories to life on TV, in theaters and via the web. We take a hands-on approach to filmmaking – conceiving, capturing, and editing our content at RealWorld’s studio in Vancouver, Canada. This auteur approach to documentary production empowers us with unique access and insight into the stories we encounter – the hallmark of RealWorld's filmmaking style.
The Partners
RealWorld Media is led by the filmmaking team of Carmen Henríquez and Denis Paquette.
Friends since film school, they forged a hands-on creative partnership that spans two decades, developing, filming, and crafting real world stories. Drawn to themes of social, economic, and environmental justice, their filmmaking efforts provide a voice for the Indigenous and under-represented communities whose stories they share.
